Payments & Refunds
Payments for consultancy and campaign management services are required in advance or based on the agreed milestone schedule. All payments are non-refundable once work on the account or campaign setup has commenced. For ongoing management, a notice period of 15 days is required for cancellation. Fees are calculated based on ad spend volume or a fixed project rate as detailed in your specific service agreement.
Ad Account Access
Clients must provide secondary admin access to their Facebook Business Manager and relevant Ad Accounts. Ajay Singh operates as an external specialist and does not take ownership of client assets. Clients are responsible for maintaining their own billing information within the Facebook platform. We adhere strictly to Facebook's Advertising Policies to ensure account health and prevent disruptions.
Data & Privacy
Client data, including audience lists and campaign performance metrics, is treated with total confidentiality. We do not share strategy or proprietary data between competitors. All data gathered through lead forms or pixels remains the sole property of the client. We comply with standard data protection regulations regarding the handling of personal information during the lead generation process.
